Do I need experience to join?
No. While experience is a plus, we welcome motivated individuals who are willing to learn and committed to providing excellent service. Training and ongoing support are available for qualified team members.
Is training provided?
Yes. We provide training, guidance, and resources to help you understand our systems, processes, and expectations so you can confidently serve clients.
Do I need a PTIN?
A PTIN is required to prepare federal tax returns for compensation. If you don’t already have one, we’ll discuss the process during your Opportunity Call.
Is this a remote opportunity?
Many aspects of this opportunity can be completed remotely. We’ll discuss available work arrangements during your Opportunity Call.
What is the $99 onboarding fee?
The one-time $99 onboarding fee covers your onboarding process, training materials, system setup, and access to the resources you’ll need to begin with Fields Accounting Services. This fee is only required after you’ve completed your Opportunity Call and chosen to move forward.
How soon can I get started?
Qualified candidates can get started shortly after completing their Opportunity Call, paying the $99 onboarding fee, and submitting all required onboarding documents. Once your onboarding is complete, you’ll receive access to training and the tools you’ll need to begin.
What happens during the Opportunity Call?
During the Opportunity Call, we’ll discuss the position, expectations, training, compensation structure, and answer any questions you have. It’s also an opportunity for us to determine whether we’re a good fit for one another.
How long is the Opportunity Call?
Most Opportunity Calls last approximately 20–30 minutes.
